Much of our wellbeing lies in our psychology and state of mind, which is very much controlled by our perceptions of the world.
Meditation controls our senses and emotions. It releases a lot of anxiety and frustration while helping the mind stay in focus.

Some people are exuberant about visiting new places, but at the same time terrified by the idea of boarding a plane or even getting delayed due to traffic.
Meditation prior to departure from a person’s comfort zone is a great weapon to combat unnecessary anxiety.
Some forms of mediation can be exercised within the transportation means themselves. A good example would be within a ferry, where we can feel the waves, sunlight and ocean air, while experiencing nearby lands or gaze at the endless horizon. We become a connected part of the overall journey.

Travelling increases the connection with the universe, while meditation enhances the relationship with the soul. These factors form an integral part of being alive.
It is not very difficult to discover the reason of our presence in the moment. As each split of a second passes, our life journey is diminishing as well, and it’s not necessarily a bad thing if we know how to utilize it properly.
There is a reason for everything that has happened, is happening or will happen. It is not our role to discover it, we just need to live the moment and leave the reasons behind, only then, everything will fall exactly into its designed place at the perfect instant.
This is the cycle of connectivity, this endless power that shapes our lives and our universe. We have conclusive ways in understanding it. However, most importantly we have the ultimate power of living it to the full, while travelling the world in a meditating mindset.
