The latest health trends are moving towards sustainability and synchronization between our own wellbeing and that of nature. There are wineries  even stating that some of their signature wines come from biodynamic practices.

A wine that follows the traditional and old methods of production is normally a natural wine. What makes this wine unique is the natural fermentation that happens spontaneously. In industrial wines, the addition of yeast happens through human intervention and mechanized techniques. It is thought that natural wines are native to Beaujolais, France but nowadays it is a practice that is used in many other nations and regions.

In a nutshell, sustainable wines cater for the long term health of the vineyards, nature and the consumers of wines produced using these methods. It is a huge trend in wine that is projected for immense growth on the long run. Many young drinkers allocate money and energy in search of such wines and it is a movement that is fast-paced in the world of wine.
