4.The Mongols or Turkish Warriors...

One theory claims that the meat shape of the Hamburger dates back to a practice by Mongols and Turkish warriors. These nomadic soldiers placed the meat under their saddles while riding their horses, and this caused the meet to have this flat form and gain heat to be ready for consumption. It was wartime, and this was not the most appetizing form of meat, but soldiers needed nourishment and practicality.

Hence, placing the meat literally under their seating on the horseback was the only option that served many pragmatic aspects for them. It was in raw form, known in some cultures as tartare. This takes us to the following theory which is somehow a continuation of this suggestion about the Mongols.

5. Hamburg....Hamburg"er"

It was in the raw form of Tartare. It is not clear if that happened before or after the Mongols’ time. The most reasonable suggestion is after. This is due to the fact that the Mongolian Empire is a very ancient one.
